At Simek & Company we do not subscribe to the singular “Partners Only” career track traditionally embraced by CPA firms. We believe it is much more beneficial to the success of the individual and the firm to offer a spectrum of career paths from which you may choose.

We certainly have nothing against those individuals who desire ownership in the firm. In fact, that remains a career path we readily encourage. But, knowing that ownership is not on everyone’s list of career goals, we also encourage each person to make us aware of their unique career objectives so that we may work to accommodate their long-term success at Simek & Company.
