Compensation

At Simek & Company, your compensation and benefits package will always be generous and consistent with the growing value you bring to clients.

First of all, we do not belive in expecting anyone here to work extra hours for free. Therefore, you will receive base compensation which flexes to encompass all hours worked plus all hours attributed to paid leave, holidays, CPE, etc. Overtime hours are compensated at time and a half.

In addition to base compensation, we also offer you the opportunity to earn significant amounts of incentive cash compensation by achieving production metrics exceeding realistic norms.

What’s more, everyone here benefits from our rapid growth by way of company profit-sharing contributions tied directly to revenue growth. Such contributions are in addition to a regular company contribution of three percent of total cash compensation.

For extraordinary achievement our compensation program even provides for a discretionary cash bonus on top of everything else. And finally, should you bring a new client or staff member to the firm, you will receive a special cash bonus as a reward.

In summary, we strive to compensate our people very, very well because we believe that sharing the firm's success with everyone contributing to it creates a win-win for both the individual and the firm.
